The Pen Lucy Action Network is serving in style! For a $20 donation you can get your very own PLAN t-shirt and you will be supporting the Learning Center, the Sports Program and all the various initiatives that PLAN pursues to promote justice in Pen Lucy and Baltimore.

Baltimore has approximately 14,000 vacant lots that can be re-purposed and transformed into vibrant community-managed open spaces.  PLAN, through the city's Power in Dirt program will be adopting this abandoned lot in Pen Lucy. With the help of our youth, neighbors and volunteers, we will work together to make it a vibrant and inviting place in the community.
